Bulova Appoints Charles Kriete as Executive Vice President, Sales

Bulova Corporation announced the appointment of Charles Kriete as Executive Vice President, Sales effective May 9, 2013. Mr. Kriete will be responsible for the Company's sales initiatives, with a focus on long-term strategy. Mr. Kriete will report directly to Gregory Thumm, President.

Prior to joining Bulova, Mr. Kriete served as President of Geneva Watch Company from August 1996 until March 2010, and most recently President of Colibri Inc. from April 2010 until May 2013.

Mr. Kriete received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Albany State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
