Buck Creek Players will hold open auditions for the Indianapolis Premiere of Bruce Kimmel and David Wechter's zany new 1950's sci-fi musical, The Brain From Planet X, on Monday and Tuesday, February 1st and 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. at The Playhouse, located at 11150 Southeastern Avenue.

Casting requires a diverse and multicultural cast consisting of seven males, three females, and a small ensemble of 6-10. Auditioners should prepare 16-20 measures of a prepared song in the correct key. Accompanist provided. Scripts may be perused at the I-MCPL Central Library (5th floor - 40 E. St. Clair) or at the Franklin Road branch (5550 S. Franklin Road).

Nine performances are scheduled over three weekends, April 9-25, 2010.
