Broadway's Rob Bartlett Creates New Scripted Comedy Podcast

Broadway's Rob Bartlett, star of 'How to Succeed', 'The Odd Couple', Little Shop of Horrors,' and 'Chicago: The Musical' Is Now On the Internet in The Rob Bartlett Radio Comedy Hour.

A weekly, live-streaming comedy podcast. A unique hybrid of Classic Radio Comedy Shows, LateNighTalk Shows and Saturday Night Live. Rob's new show is a scripted hour of comedy, featuring serialized sketch segments and original comedy characters. Andrew Smith, former Head Writer of SNL, is on board with Rob, writing and performing the sketches together, along with The Rob Bartlett Radio Players, a talented group of young comedic actors.

Rob made his Broadway Debut as Author and Star of the Notorious 'More to Love: A Big, Fat Comedy', directed by Jack O'Brien. He originated the role of Mr. Mushnik in the Broadway Production of 'Little Shop of Horrors', Speed in the revival of Neil Simon's 'The Odd Couple' starring Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick, the dual roles of 'Twimble/Mr. Womper' in the most recent production of 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying' starring Daniel Radcliffe, and has played Amos Hart in a number of stints in 'Chicago: The Musical at the Ambassador Theater.

Rob won a Drama Desk Award for his critically acclaimed work as Marcus in Rob Ackerman's play about Television Commerical Production, 'Tabletop', and is a veteran of the 'Encores!' series at City Center in 'Pardon My English' and 'Golden Boy'.

Rob has had a number of recurring, starring roles on Network Television, multiple story arcs as Defense Attorney Milton Schoenfeld on 'Law and Order: Special Victims Unit', Troy, the dimwitted Security Guard in 'Ugly Betty', and most recently as Bond Attorney Bernie Bucovitz, opposite one of his favorite Billy Fynn's from his days at 'Chicago: The Musical', Christopher McDonald, in the final season of 'The Good Wife'.

His film credits include a starring role in the award winning Indie 'All in Time', and, as a stand up comic, has headlined in Las Vegas as well as appearing on both Late Night and The Late Show with David Letterman, and the Conan O'Brien Show.
