Broadway's Gina Gershon to Guest Star on Season 3 of FOX's EMPIRE

According to Variety, Broadway's Gina Gershon is set to guest star on the eighth episode of FOX's EMPIRE. The actress will take on the role of Helene Von Wyeth, the founder of her own fashion label, who teams with EMPIRE for her annual fashion show.
The character is described as "imperious, demanding, tough and uncompromising, her one weak spot is her 8-year-old daughter, Regan."
The airdate of the episode will be based on the results of this year's World Series.
Gershon was recently seen in the second season of Amazon's "Red Oaks" and is currently filming the feature film "Inconceivable," opposite Nicolas Cage. Upcoming films include "Permission," opposite Rebecca Hall and Dan Stevens. Her Broadway credits include BYE BYE BIRDIE, BOEING-BOEING and CABARET.Photo Credit: Jennifer Broski
