Brian Hampton's award-winning play, "The Jungle Fun Room," which was a FringeNYC favorite and received a special engagement production Off-Broadway at New World Stages is now available for purchase and licensing through Original Works Publishing and available both in paperback and Kindle editions through Amazon.com.

"The Jungle Fun Room" began at The Penobscot Theatre's New Play Festival, Northern Writes, where it won the Audience Favorite Award and then immediately premiered in the New York International Fringe Festival to outstanding reviews. OUT Magazine's pop culture blog, Popnography, described it as a "funny, thoughtful play...full of both campy cracks about Broadway wannabes and thoughtful insights into fame, its costs, and why some people make it and others don't...full of good, sassy, fun."

"The Jungle Fun Room" centers around a group of struggling actors who work children's birthday parties at the zoo when suddenly all is interrupted by the arrival of the latest Oscar-winning actress who may or may not have motives of her own. According to the latest Amazon.com reader reviews, it's not only described as "laugh out loud funny," but it also contains an underlying message about "the journey of the heartbreak of success." Another review quotes Hampton's Jungle Fun Room characters as "love-able, hate-able, and stunningly relate-able."

Readers can purchase "The Jungle Fun Room" in both paperback and Kindle editions at Amazon.com, and theatres wishing to produce Hampton's play can get more information through the Original Works Publishing website at www.originalworksonline.com.
