Alexis Bittar and Nicola Formichetti Collaborate for Mugler

Alexis Bittar and Nicola Formichetti are teaming up again but this time for the runway. The two designers have collaborated in the past on special pieces for editorials and celebrities including Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Madonna, Alicia Keys and Cameron Diaz.

Now they joined forces on exclusive accessories for Mugler's fall runway show walking today at La Halle Freyssinet in Paris. "This season, the collection for Mugler has a retro Sixties vein to it, so we focused on futuristic physics in jewelry, where sculptural metal is almost kinetically suspended from the body," said Bittar.

Bittar also collaborated with Phillip Lim during New York Fashion Week for his F/W 2013 collection.
