In an interview posted on today's Zap2it.com, Alec Baldwin revealed that he has no intention of returning to the Great White Way following his recent experience in the Broadway revival of 'Orphans'. "No more," the actor tells the site. "Broadway has changed. It is not what I remember. It was a very, very, very exhausting experience. The last week we did the show it settled in."

ORPHANS played its final performance on May 19 after 27 previews and 37 regular performances at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre. The production was marred by creative differences, particularly stemming from the show's original co-star Shia LaBeouf who exited prior to the April 18th opening. Along with Baldwin, the cast included Ben Foster and Tom Sturridge.

Baldwin also commented on his role in the long-running NBC comedy 30 Rock, which ended its run this season. "All of the things I want to do now are dramatic," Baldwin tells Zap2it. "I can't find anything as funny as what Tina Fey and Robert Carlock wrote. I'll never work in that kind of environment again."
