On Monday, February 6 at 7pm, W. Jay Hering presents Harman and Herrmann's AMAZING SEX, featuring the talents of Broadway veterans Alison Fraser (Gypsy, Secret Garden, Romance/Romance), Jason Graae (Grand Night for Singing, Falsettos) and Caesar Samayoa (Sister Act, The Peewee Herman Show). This event is part of the Broadway at Birdland concert series.

A tuneful, sophisticated look at adult intimacy, this original revue is a jazz-filled orgy of new songs written by Barry Harman and composed by Keith Herrmann, the team which gave us Broadway’s ROMANCE/ROMANCE. That show garnered them 5 Tony nominations (including Best Music, Lyrics & Book), 4 Outer Critic Circle Awards (including Best Music, Lyrics & Book) and a Drama Desk nomination (Best Lyrics).

Comprised of more than 20 original songs, AMAZING SEX explores adult human sexuality. Whether it is a suburban housewife considering her first “Threesome,” a married couple horrified after peeking at their daughter’s private “E-Mail,” or a full-throated jazz celebration of “Raunchy Music;” from its bouncy opening song (“The Guys Who Invented Sex”) to its heartrending finale (“Touch Of Your Soul”), AMAZING SEX tickles the funny bone, caresses the ear and touches the heart.

AMAZING SEX has a cast of celebrated Broadway performers and musicians. What it doesn’t have is nudity or profanity, but sensible parental guidance is advised!
