Linda Emond, Cabaret - Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role in a Musical
My dear dresser Kelly Saxon called and woke me up and said congrats... she was screaming and crying. I don't tend to be up this early! I'm very pleased. My phone is so kooky with all of text and emails. It's really comical, with all of the dings that are happening right now. It means that a lot of people are up very early. And one of them was from Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who is on the west coast! Why is he awake?! I know he's a Broadway guy, but man! I'm gonna celebrate by going to yoga! It's a show day so I have to get it together. I have to get sleep and get it together. Being up that early is not normal. I'm still in my PJs in bed. I'm so delighted and happy for Danny. I can't say how proud I am of the show. Its been a joy.
