Beginning on Monday, June 3, and continuing through Saturday, June 8, Brooklyn Pride, in conjunction with Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, will celebrate the weeklong observance of LGBT pride in the borough, home to one of the city's-and nation's-largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.

MONDAY JUNE 3, 2013 • 12:30PM - Flag Raising Ceremony
Brooklyn Borough Hall - 209 Joralemon Street- Co-sponsored by Borough President Marty Markowitz. Bringing together Brooklyn LGBT Organizations and Special Guests as we raise the flag for Pride Week.

MONDAY JUNE 3, 2013 • 7:00PM - Interfaith Service
First Unitarian Congregational Society Brooklyn - 48 Monroe Place
A spiritual group comprised of many faiths, comes together at a worship service for the LGBT Community and friends.

TUESDAY, JUNE 4, 2013 • 6:00PM - 8PM - Brooklyn Community Pride Center
Open House 4 Metrotech (corner of Willoughby & Gold Streets)
A celebratory open house at the center's new location. Learn about BCPC's current program initiatives and suggest areas for expansion. Light refreshments served.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5, 2013 • 6:00PM-8:30PM - Pride Reception
Brooklyn Borough Hall - 209 Joralemon Street. An evening reception co-hosted with Borough President Marty Markowitz honoring the local LGBT community, this year's honoree is the Brooklyn Community Pride Center.

THURSDAY, JUNE 6, 2013 • 7:00PM - FREE Film Night at BROOKLYN MUSEUM
"Boys in the Band" followed by a discussion with Laurence Luckinbill (Hank) from both the play & film.

FRIDAY, JUNE 7, 2013 • 5:00PM - 8:00PM - 5K Runners Packet Pickup
Brooklyn Borough Hall - 209 Joralemon Street. Pick up your race bibs, goodie bags and shirts and have a little pre-5K fun.

SATURDAY, JUNE 8, 2013 • Pride Day 2013
10:00AM Pride 5K Run - (Registration begins at 8:00 AM)
Prospect Park Loop - Enter at 15th Street Bartel Pritchard Circle
An event for the LGBT community & friends in a festive and inclusive environment.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the LGBT Youth Program at GLOBE/Make The Road NY. Co-Sponsored with Front Runners

11:00AM - 5:00PM Multicultural Festival / Stage Entertainment / Spoken Word
Join us at our NEW LOCATION 5th Avenue from 3rd to 9th Streets
TWO Stages, Shopping, Great Food and More! Spoken Word Event.
