"100 Years of Broadway" at the Eastern Center for the Performing Arts 11/19

The Eastern Education Foundation's Performing Arts Council (EEF-PAC) is proud to announce the line up of stars who will grace the stage at their inaugural performance, Neil Berg's "100 Years of Broadway" Friday, November 19, 2004, 7:30PM at the Eastern Center for the Performing Arts.

The all-star line up will feature tapper Jason E. Bernard, star of the Tony Award winning musical, "Bring In Da Noise, Bring In Da Funk," and recently of Spike Lee's "Bamboozled." Robert Evan, who starred in the original Broadway cast of "Jekyll and Hyde," playing the title role for more than three years. Mandy Gonzalez, who starred in the Broadway phenomenon, "AIDA," and who most recently was featured in "Dance of the Vampires." Rita Harvey, who is currently appearing in the hit Broadway revival of "Fiddler on the Roof," and who made her Broadway debut performing in the lead role of Christine Daee in "The Phantom of the Opera." World-class violin virtuoso and Grammy nominee from Australia, Martin Lass, who performed two seasons with "Fiddler on the Roof." William Michals, who performed principal roles in the Broadway productions of "Beauty and the Beast," "The Phantom of the Opera," and "The Scarlet Pimpernel." Miss America 1998 Kate Shindle, whose Broadway credits include feature roles in "Jekyll and Hyde" and "Cabaret." And rounding out the cast of stars, Danny Zolli, who toured nationally and on Broadway in his magnificent roles in "Jesus Christ, Superstar" and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat."

Leading this fantastic array of stars is New York composer/lyricist Neil Berg of the hit off-Broadway musical, "The Prince and the Pauper," which ran for two years at the Lambs Theater in New York City.

Before curtain call, a pre-show gala will take place in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center, beginning at 6:30PM, featuring light fare and refreshments from a host of local restaurants in the greater Voorhees area.
