The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center is pleased to announce Kimberly-Clark Corporation's new sponsorship of the popular Broadway Across America - Fox Cities Series. Kimberly-Clark's multiyear sponsorship will begin with the 2011-2012 season to be unveiled on March 3. This title sponsorship expands Kimberly-Clark's longstanding commitment to building strong communities and support of arts throughout the Fox Valley.

Julia Smith, Kimberly-Clark vice president of North Atlantic Consumer Products, said the company's philanthropic focus is fueled by its employees and their interest in organizations that positively impact the quality of life in Northeast Wisconsin. "We are proud of our Fox Cities heritage and through our foundation and generous employees are working to ensure our community continues to grow and prosper," said Smith. "We contribute more than $600,000 annually to local organizations that enrich the lives of families and help build stronger communities and the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center does just that. Through this expanded sponsorship we hope to increase opportunities available to children, adults and families throughout the area to experience the power of the arts."

Kimberly-Clark Corporation's Broadway sponsorship will also have an impact on community enrichment programs such as Family First Nights and Kids' Night on Broadway, both of which encourage children and parents to share the performing arts as a family experience.

Fox Cities Performing Arts Center President Susan Stockton is thankful for the Kimberly-Clark's leadership and support. "Kimberly-Clark's generous financial support of the Fox Cities P.A.C. and the Broadway Series reflects their commitment to the community, creating a place where people want to live, work, raise a family and enjoy life. Kimberly-Clark and our other corporate supporters have a direct impact in this community's strength, and we thank them for their investment in our mission and vision for the Center as a place for people to gather, connect and share in the arts."

Kimberly-Clark has been a leading supporter of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center since the nonprofit's Capital Campaign began in 1999. In addition to the new Broadway Series sponsorship, Kimberly-Clark will continue its co-sponsorship of the Center's Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Education Series, impacting more than 25,000 students each year.

Robert Abernathy, Kimberly-Clark North Atlantic Consumer Products group president and board member at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, is proud to support the company's decision to invest in the local community. "At Kimberly-Clark we strive to lead the world in essentials for a better life - making products that enrich our daily lives. We proudly support organizations that positively impact our communities and families. We recognize that robust arts and civic organizations like the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center help create and maintain healthy, vibrant communities, and we are proud to lend our support to the sponsorship of the Broadway Series."

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center encourages patrons of the Center to express their appreciation to the Center's previous Broadway Series sponsor, M&I Bank, for its early support of the Fox Cities P.A.C. and Kimberly-Clark Corporation for their generous commitment to the future of Broadway in the Fox Cities.
