FCPAC Holds WICKED OZBOWL PARTY, 2/6

As fans of the Green Bay Packers look to Super Bowl Sunday, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center and WICKED invite theater fans to be a part of the Center's WICKED OzBowl Party.
 
"There are many people in Wisconsin who are just as interested in flying monkeys as flying footballs," said Maria Van Laanen, executive vice president of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. "The show must go on, so we're going to celebrate the value of friendship and courage with our own 'bowl' party."
 
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for the Sunday, February 6, 6:30 p.m. performance. Attendees will receive green or pink gift bags, refreshments and a chance to win Elphaba and Glinda themed prize packages in a preshow raffle.
 
Prospective ticket buyers can take advantage of special WICKED OzBowl Party pricing starting on Tuesday, February 1. All remaining seats will be priced at $45. Tickets can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 982-2787 or the Center's ticket office at (920) 730-3760. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center's ticket office or online at foxcitiespac.com. This promotional ticket price does not apply to previously purchased tickets.
 
Current ticket holders for the evening performance of WICKED on Sunday, February 6 may call the Center's Ticket Office at (920) 730-3760 to upgrade their seats at no additional cost. The Center's Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and one hour prior to all performances. Ticket holders are asked to respond by noon on Wednesday, February 2 to take advantage of this free upgrade.
 
Long before Dorothy drops in, two other girls meet in the land of Oz. One - born with emerald green skin - is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. WICKED tells the story of their remarkable odyssey, how these two unlikely friends grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good.
 
WICKED will be at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center through February 20. The performance schedule for WICKED is Tuesday - Friday at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. (excluding the evening performance on Sunday, February 20). A special matinee performances will be presented on Thursday, February 17 at 2:00 p.m.
