Anchorage Community Theatre Presents AND THEN THERE WERE NONE, Now thru 10/20

The ACT has announced their next show AND THEN THERE WERE NONE, and their next class, which will focus on auditioning for upcoming actors (and actors who want to improve!).

The theatre company will be putting on AND THEN THERE WERE NONE from tonight, September 20 to October 20th.

Agatha Christie crafted a wonderful mystery, and now Kevin T. Bennett is directing a terrific cast and crew, creating memorable presentation for Anchorage to enjoy.

"Ten guilty strangers are trapped on an island. One by one they are accused of murder; one by one they start to die. In this superlative mystery comedy statuettes of little soldier boys on the mantel of a house on an island off the coast of Devon fall to the floor and break one by one as those in the house succumb to a diabolical avenger. A nursery rhyme tells how each of the ten "soldiers" met his death until there were none. Eight guests who have never met each other or their apparently absent host and hostess are lured to the island and, along with the two house servants, marooned. A mysterious voice accuses each of having gotten away with murder and then one drops dead - poisoned. One down and nine to go! The excitement never lets up." says the theatre's site.

AND THEN THERE WERE NONE opens tonight, September 20 and runs through October 20.

With just two weeks to opening, you can purchase tickets by 868-4913 or purchase online. Individual tickets can be purchased for $15 for adults, $13 for seniors/militaty/students, and $11 for kids under 12. Season passes are also available.

In other news, the theatre will be hosting its "AUDITIONS BEST PRACTICES WORKSHOP" this Saturday, September 7, from noon to 3 p.m.
