Spencer Theatre Presents ALL SHOOK UP, 2/14

Make your Valentine's Day complete with the clever story of love, obsession and mistaken identities, Elvis style, in "All Shook Up" appearing in Spencer spotlights at 7 p.m. Monday, February 14.

A winner of the 2005 Theatre World Award and a 2005 Drama Desk Award nominee, All Shook Up is a contemporary high-energy Broadway musical that's part Footloose, Grease, Happy Days and Shakespeare's Twelfth Night all rolled into one madcap tale.  The action, featuring 30 professional singers, dancers and orchestra musicians, is fueled by the great music of Elvis Presley-the master of burning love!
    
The musical's story line is much like an Elvis' movie of old: armed with his guitar and the power of rock-n-roll, a motorcycle-riding stranger rolls into a small Midwestern American town and kick-starts a chain reaction of romances and rebellion - basically shaking it all up! Outlandish who-loves-who mix-ups ensue, and the town suddenly bursts to life with hilarious love triangles, hip swivelin' teens and parents and some of the greatest music in rock history!
