Coventry's Belgrade Theatre plays host to Hazel O'Connor who makes a rare return to her home roots to play the Main Stage on Wednesday 2 April at 7.45pm.

Coinciding with the 2014 release of the new album Here She Comes and the publication of her acclaimed autobiography Breaking Glass Barefoot, award-winning singer/songwriter Hazel O'Connor returns to her hometown of Coventry.

Alongside distinguished performers, saxophonist Clare Hirst (Bellestars, Communards, David Bowie) and Sarah Fisher (Eurythmics) on keyboards, Hazel O'Connor will play a selection of her unforgettable songs from the iconic film Breaking Glass including Eighth Day, Will You, Big Brother, and If Only.

Promising to be a soulful, introspective dip into Hazel's portfolio with songs old and new and some anecdotal chat along the way, the evening will include some of the greatest songs of the 20th Century. There is also a special Meet & Greet immediately after the show.

Hazel O'Connor's performance is just one of the highlights in a diverse week of music on the Main Stage at the Belgrade.

Tuesday 1 April at 7.45pm sees The Johnny Cash Roadshow with renowned singer-songwriter, Clive John recreating the essence of the legendary star's performances with a host of classics including Ring of Fire, Walk the Line and Jackson.

Dublin's award-winning music and dance show, The Irish House Party is a celebration of all things Celtic featuring All Ireland champion musicians, dancers and performers to provide a lively night of traditional entertainment. This show takes to the Main Stage on Thursday 3 April at 7.45pm.
