In its tenth anniversary year, the Chocolate Factory celebrates by creating a brand new production of the show that put it on the map in 2004, FULLY COMMITTED, the whirlwind culinary comedy set in one of Manhattan's hottest restaurants, where the city never sleeps and the phone never stops ringing! A decade later, with the masses clamouring for entry to dining hot spots du jour such as Chiltern Firehouse for their own taste of the A-List, and celebrity chefs salivated over as the new rock stars, FULLY COMMITTED is as fresh as ever.

"Resting actor" Sam Peliczowski is in demand...but not for his acting. Instead he mans the red-hot reservation line at Manhattan's number-one eatery and everyone wants a piece of him. As he juggles scheming socialites, name-dropping wannabes, fickle celebrities and an egomaniacal boss, Sam also has to find space to sort out his own life and flagging career.

This blisteringly funny play features over forty characters in an unforgettable comedy tour-de-force.

Sam will be played by Kevin Bishop. His theatre work includes FAT PIG (Comedy Theatre) and THE RECRUITING OFFICER (Chichester Festival Theatre). Amongst his extensive television appearances, Kevin wrote and starred in his own comedy sketch series THE KEVIN BISHOP SHOW for Channel 4. He is a regular on the US sitcom SUPER FUN NIGHT and BBC sitcom WHITES. Kevin has made guest appearances on HOTEL BABYLON, PEEP SHOW, LOVE SOUP and MY FAMILY. Film work includes A FEW BEST MEN, SUSIE GOLD and he played the role of Jim Hawkins in MUPPET TREASURE ISLAND.

Becky Mode's first play, FULLY COMMITTED, opened at the Vineyard Theatre in 1999 and ran Off-Broadway for a year and a half at the Cherry Lane Theatre. Time Magazine named it one of the ten best plays of 2000, and since 2001 it has been one of the ten most produced plays in the United States, with extended commercial runs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston. The play has travelled to London, Paris, Finland, Japan, South Africa, Brazil, Australia, Sweden, Estonia and Poland.

Becky has most recently worked on staff as a consulting producer for SMASH for NBC and A GIFTED MAN for CBS. She has developed pilots for ABC, CBS, HBO, and NBC, including BORN IN BROOKLYN with Maria Bello. She's also worked as a writer on COSBY, LITTLE BILL, OUT OF THE BOX, and HBO's A LITTLE CURIOUS.

Mark Setlock was an original company member of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning musical RENT, and a co-creator of FULLY COMMITTED. After receiving an Outer Critics Circle Award and a Drama Desk nomination for the Off-Broadway production, he went on to perform FULLY COMMITTED in Los Angeles, The Menier Chocolate Factory, the West End, and across the United States.

Set & costume design is by Tim Shortall, lighting design is by Tim Mascall and sound design is by Gareth Fry.
