The UK premiere of new play 'Unearthed' starring The Inbetweeners actress Lizzie Stables, written by Royal Court young writer Alys Metcalf, and directed by Kim Pearce, resident director of The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night Time comes to The New Wimbledon Theatre's studio from 5th - 6th May as part of it's UK tour.

Lizzie Stables, who is best know for playing popular character Chloe in The Inbetweeners and has also appeared in TV shows such as Miranda, Holby City and Doctors plays the lead role of Eliza. She teamed up with writer Alys Metcalf to create Folio Theatre Company after the pair worked together on a project for Film 4.

Unearthed tells the story of estranged twins Eliza (Lizzie) and Ben who are forced back together on a quest to honour the unusual wishes in their late father's will.

They find themselves thrown into absurd and ludicrous situations and forced to confront a few home truths, on an enlightening mission that will reignite past memories and dig up some well-buried secrets.

The production supports the work of The Stroke Association and Carers Trust UK, who Folio are working in partnership with.

Unearthed is showing at the New Wimbledon Studio as part of Illuminate Festival on the 5th and 6th of May.

Tickets can be purchased through the box office over the phone on 0844 871 7646 or online at www.atgtickets.com.
