Katie Hall will be playing Cosette in the Les Miserables concerts at the O2 Arena this weekend, replacing the previously announced Camilla Kerslake, who is indisposed.

Katie Hall is currently playing the role on the UK tour, currently in residence at the Barbican.

atShe was a boot camp contestant for the BBC's search for Nancy in I'd Do Anything and, more recently, was a final round contender for Andrew Lloyd Webber's search for this year's Eurovision entry, in Your Country Needs You, also for BBC1.

After leaving the I'd Do Anything competition, she was immediately cast as the understudy to the role of Christine in The Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty's Theatre, playing the role on numerous occasions. She then went straight on to play the role of Cosette in Les Misérables at the Queen's Theatre.

Katie trained with the National Youth Music Theatre, playing the role of Chava in Fiddler on the Roof and performing in The Dreaming.
