Rock of Ages star Jodie Jacobs, Avenue Q star Rachel Jerram, the legendary composer-lyricist team behind Betty Blue Eyes and the forthcoming Soho Cinders George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, and I Love You Because book-writer and lyricist Ryan Cunningham will appear and perform in the second London edition of If It Only Even Runs A Minute at the Landor Theatre tonight, July 9th at 8pm.

The evening celebrates rare songs and behind-the-scenes tales of short-lived and underappreciated musicals. The New York series is a Time Out Critics’ Pick. The London spin-off debuted in April to a four-star review from The Stage’s Scott Matthewman.

At this edition, the team celebrate Edges, Just So, Meet John Doe, Lady Be Good, Little Me, The Witches of Eastwick, Is There Life After High School, I Love You Because, Things To Ruin, Thrill Me and A Saint She Ain’t. In addition to Jacobs, Jerram, Stiles, Drewe, and Cunningham, Christopher Bartlett, Debbie Bearelle, Daniel Cane, Will Silverside, and Georgia Thomas will also perform, and the evening will be presented by Lydia Grant and Oliver Southgate who will also contribute performances.

If It Only Even Runs A Minute: London Edition 2 is produced by The Very Clever Company, and is based on the hit NYC concert series created by Jennifer Ashley Tepper, Kevin Michael Murphy, and Caleb Hoyer. The concert is directed by Oliver Southgate with musical direction from Gary Jerry.
