Fifty years since the biggest political sex scandal to rock the British nation in the 20th Century and following a highly successful UK tour, Gill Adams' KEELER will play the Charing Cross Theatre from tonight 31 October until Saturday 14 December. Press Night: Tuesday 5 November.

Based on the 2001 autobiography 'The Truth At Last' by Christine Keeler with Douglas Thompson, Adams' play, with Christine Keeler's sanction and involvement, reveals the sensational inside story of the infamous Profumo affair.

In 1963, the Secretary of State for war, John 'Jack' Profumo, was forced to resign after it was established that he had lied to the House about the nature of his relationship with a young showgirl Christine Keeler. She was also involved with a Russian spy during her affair with the Secretary of State. The ensuing scandal was, in part, responsible for the resignation of the Prime Minister Harold Macmillan and the suicide of the man who introduced Keeler to Profumo, Dr. Stephen Ward.

Who will be sitting on that chair? Full cast to be announced.

KEELER will run tonight, 31 October - Saturday 14 December 2013. Press Night: Tuesday 5 November @ 7.30pm. All performances play the Charing Cross Theatre, The Arches, Villiers Street, London, WC2N 6NL. Times: Monday - Saturday @ 7.30pm, Thursday & Saturday @ 3.00pM. Prices: £17.00 - £29.50.
