The Young Vic presents Katie Mitchell's production of Anton Chekhov's THE CHERRY ORCHARD, set to run today, October 10 - November 29, 2014. Dominic Rowan will star as 'Alexander Lopakhin' opposite Kate Duchêne in the play adapted by Olivier winner Simon Stephens (A Doll's House, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time). Also starring are Angus Wright, Gawn Grainger and Paul Hilton.

On the Young Vic's website, the show is described as: "Vigorous and profound, this new version...is an anguished and heartbreaking love letter to a society in violent transition."

Duchêne has appeared in many productions with the National Theatre, including Hansel And Gretel, A Woman Killed With Kindness and Beauty And The Beast.
