"History in Pelotas" reaches the BOD Cultural Center
What if you put Adam, Eve, God, Hitler, Jesus, Gandhi, Mother Teresa and Nelson Mandela in the blender of humor? ... History in Pelotas! The new comedy show that reaches the BOD Cultural Centre from next November 6.
An actress (Nina Rangel) actress of stage, film and tv, a clown (Sunday tripe) clown, actor and director unexpectedly co-founder of Doctor Yaso, and a comedian (Reuben Morales) comedian, actor and clown hospital, librettist humor, joined with a common question: what if we see the great characters of history as ordinary people?
That did a survey where they asked 30 people: What do you think are the most influential men and women of world history? Shedding result these eight big names.
From there they came together to improvise to write this show promises to give a touch of rock to world history. How it all started? Do the bad guys are really so bad? Are they really that good good? And absent? What do they say?
Marisol Martinez joined this clan as stage director for mounting this project that was cooked in the production of Greisis Leal, assisted by Ernesto Maseda, music and photography Sirit Gilberto Ricardo Arispe.
World history has brought us here. For where we us? The story balls! A show not suitable for intolerant. See you there!
