Deep in the forest, faeries wait... After the fantastic responses received for their previous family show, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Box Tale Soup are back with a brand new performance to charm adults and children alike. This exciting version of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream keeps the original language while making the story more accessible to younger audiences with the use of handmade puppets, original music and imaginative design. At last year's Brighton Fringe, Box Tale Soup were nominated for Best Children's Event, and won the Best Show for Families award at Buxton Fringe. This year A Midsummer Night's Dream is featured in WINDOW, the arts industry showcase for high quality new work, and is also nominated for the first ever Camp Bestival Family Show Award.

Box Tale Soup's version of A Midsummer Night's Dream was edited by the company and commissioned by the Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham. Running at 60 minutes, it features brand new music and puppets. Performers Noel and Antonia have appeared in shows such as Doctor Who, HBO's Game of Thrones, BBC's The Hour and CBBC's Mission 2110, and are now very excited to turn their hand to Shakespeare.
