Fox Theatre to Host Open House & Season Preview Event, 6/1

The public is invited to an Open House and Preview Event showcasing the Fox Theatre's 2014-2015 U.S. Bank Broadway Series on Sunday, June 1 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Fox Theatre.

New U.S. Bank Broadway season subscriptions will be available for purchase on Sunday, June 1 beginning at 12 p.m. Subscription staff will be on hand in the Fox Theatre lobby to answer questions and show interested patrons available seat locations in person.

The 2014-2015 six-show season ticket package includes the sensational DIRTY DANCING - The Classic Story On Stage; MOTOWN THE MUSICAL, the true American dream story; Cameron Mackintosh's spectacular new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA; the enchanting revival of Rodgers + Hammerstein's CINDERELLA; and the Tony Award-nominated production of A CHRISTMAS STORY.

Visitors will be treated to live previews of MOTOWN THE MUSICAL, video previews from other season shows, prize giveaways, and an interactive costume parade.

Live performances from the cast of MOTOWN will take place at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. on the Fox stage. Video previews for other season shows will be shown throughout the event. All visitors will have the chance to enter a Grand Prize Giveaway including a Fox Theatre show and hotel package. Those wearing a Broadway-themed costume will receive an extra entry into the drawing and will be invited to join a "Masquerade Parade" on the Fox stage at 2:15 p.m.; the Grand Prize Giveaway will take place at 2:30 p.m. (must be present at time of drawing to win).

Free popcorn, soda and cookies will be provided throughout the event and Fox Tour Guides will be available for Q&A.
