Back by popular demand for a limited season, ABIGAIL'S PARTY takes viewers on a journey back to 1977 – the age of wacky wallpaper, questionable couture, and some seriously sickening concepts of cuisine. Join Beverly and Laurence for an evening of drinks and drama in their middle-class home, along with their not quite so classy neighbors, Angela and Tony. Beverly immediately gets to work making sure everyone has a drink in hand and shortly after, the four are joined by upper class Susan, who has been instructed by her daughter, Abigail, to vacate the house while she and a few friends throw a party. Susan arrives expecting dinner, but is instead persuaded by a persistent Beverly to partake in a drink or two. As the evening progresses, tensions grow and comic moments spring up all over the place, turning the adults' party into one potentially more raucous than that of teenage Abigail down the street.
With an enthralling set, snappy dialogue full of wit, and a stellar cast, ABIGAIL'S PARTY is a theatrical throwback not to be missed.
