Jeans 'n Classics returns to the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra (SDSO) with a performance celebrating the hits of the late David Bowie and Prince, two Pop icons who defined music for a generation. Backed by the full South Dakota Symphony Orchestra on October 29 for one night only, the performance will include hits like "Little Red Corvette," "1999," "Space Oddity," and "Changes."

"We're very excited to welcome back Jeans 'n Classics with the amazing music of David Bowie and Prince," said Chad Hutchinson, Assistant Conductor of the SDSO. "Great musicians and music stand the test of time, and these two artists are revered in the music world. Then take the versatility of Jeans 'n Classics, along with the talented musicians of the SDSO, and it should make for a memorable evening."

Jeans 'n Classics has worked with over 100 orchestras throughout North America, and has done a variety of performances for over 20 years. Previous concerts with the SDSO have included Women of Rock, The Music of James Taylor, Fleetwood Mac, and Michael Jackson.

The South Dakota Symphony Orchestra will be performing Jeans 'n Classics: Bowie and Prince on Saturday, October 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the Washington Pavilion. Tickets can be purchased online at sdsymphony.org or by calling the Washington Pavilion box office at (605) 367 - 6000.
