Bergen County Players presents the final mainstage production of its 2014-2015 season of shows, the 2009 Tony Award-winning play, God of Carnage, written by Yasmina Reza, translated by  Christopher Hampton and directed by Alyson Cohn. God of Carnage will open on May 2, 2015 and run through Sunday, May 31, 2015 at the Little Firehouse Theatre, 298 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell (no performances Memorial Day weekend, May 22-24). The New York Times described Carnage as '[a] streamlined anatomy of the human animal... [The play] delivers the cathartic release of watching otherpeople's marriages go boom.' (more...)

David Hyde Pierce, winner of four Emmy Awards for his portrayal of Dr. Niles Crane on Frasier, and multiple Emmy Award winner David Lee, Frasier's co-creator and executive producer, will reunite to discuss what goes into making a hit television show. At this onstage conversation event co-produced with Gimlet Media's Alex Blumberg (formally of This American Life and Planet Money), Pierce and Lee talk about what worked, what didn't work, and how to develop a memorable character. Silver Hill Hospital has announced three new board members, and the appointment of four existing board members to new positions, including the appointment of a new Board of Directors Chair. Comprised of twenty-one members, the Silver Hill Board of Directors advises on Hospital fiduciary responsibilities, organization and planning.
