WBAI Radio's 'Arts Express' will feature a special interview with Martin Casella, author of the upcoming Off-Broadway play THE REPORT, this Thursday, August 13th between 2 & 3 PM. The broadcast can be heard on 99.5 FM or online at www.wbai.org. THE REPORT is being presented August 15 - 28 in the New York International Fringe Festival. Based on the novel by Jessica Francis Kane, THE REPORT is adapted by Casella, whose The Irish Curse earned the Outstanding Playwriting Award in the 2005 FringeNYC and went on to a highly acclaimed Off-Broadway run. The director is Alan Muraoka, whose credits include Falsettoland (NAATCO), Karaoke Stories and "Sesame Street." (more...)
