Don DeLillo’s classic baseball story Pafko at the Wall is now a new audiobook to be released by Simon & Schuster Audio on March 30, 2021. The audiobook features a live recording of DeLillo’s story performed by award-winning actors Billy Crudup, Zachary Levi and Tony Shalhoub on the 92nd Street Y’s stage in 2019.

A live-streamed fund-raising concert set for Sunday, March 14, will be raising urgently needed money for Times Square and New York big band venue SWING46 in hopes of helping it pull through the devastating lockdowns of the past year.

This celebration of the philosophy of Dr. King will feature dance, music, spoken word and excerpts from some of Dr. King's most potent speeches with performances by Black Ensemble Theater Artists André Teamer, Dawn Bless, Dwight Neal and a host of others. 

The African American Arts Alliance has been awarded $240,000 by the Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation and the Walder Foundation to provide salary support for its first Executive Director. The funding will be distributed over three years with the possibility of a two-year extension.
