Unfortunately, the playwright's constant interference in rehearsals, a cast of "strong personalities", and the over-worked crew, cause the director to have a difficult time keeping the production moving forward. Ithaca College Theatre Professor Kathleen has been awarded her second grant from the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan to produce a play that addresses the issue of violence in public spaces in Pakistan. Mulligan and her collaborators will travel to Pakistan and work with a local theatre group, Theatre Wallay, to develop the play. The play will then be performed in both Pakistan and the U.S. While in the U.S., Theatre Wallay actors will gather information on Americans feelings' about violence in public spaces that will later be incorporated into the play.
