True to its mission, Synchronicity Theatre's 2018-2019 season will feature the voices of women playwrights and provide new opportunities to uplift the voices of women and girls. The season includes programming in Synchronicity's Bold Voices Series (contemporary plays for adults), the Family Series (compelling plays for children and families), the Stripped Bare: Arts Incubator Project, the Women in the Arts Panel Luncheon, and the Playmaking for Girls and Playmaking for Kids programs.

It has been extended through November 24, 2018 due to continuing and steady audience interest. Broadway In Chicago and Producers Tommy Mottola, the Dodgers, Tribeca Productions and Evamere Entertainment are delighted to announce thatA BRONX TALE will make its Chicago debut at Broadway In Chicago's Oriental Theatre (24 W. Randolph) for a limited engagement March 12-24, 2019. A BRONX TALE will be part of Broadway In Chicago's upcoming season. Subscriptions will go on sale in the fall of 2018.

Dana Walden and Gary Newman, Chairmen and CEOs, Fox Television Group, today will unveil the FOX primetime slate for the 2018-2019 television season to the national advertising community during its annual Programming Presentation at the Beacon Theatre.

The Best of Broadway presented by Planet Fitness series announced the shows for the 2018-2019 season today. The series' 20th anniversary season will welcome six shows including the return of Les Miserables (October 16-21, 2018), back by popular demand after a successful engagement in 2013. Aurora Theatre Company today announced that long-time artistic director Tom Ross will step down at the end of the company's 27th season in July 2019. When Ross departs, he will have been on staff at Aurora for 27 years, 15 of which he will have served as artistic director.
