Milwaukee's First Stage Announces A Return To Live Performances for 2021/22 Season

First Stage has announced its safe and triumphant return to live theater performances in the 2021/22 season. First Stage has announced the full 35th season kicking off in November at the Marcus Center's Todd Wehr Theater with the perennial and beloved holiday favorite, A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS.

Overture Center for the Arts will welcome back artists and patrons to our world-class facility starting in September. The fall and winter “Overture Presents” shows were announced in May. Mirvish Productions mourns the passing of Peter Smith, Canada's leading theatre architect of both new performance spaces and the restoration of heritage theatres. He designed the Princess of Wales Theatre in 1993 and most recently consulted on the remodelling and restoration of the Royal Alexandra Theatre in 2016. He died on July 7, 2021 in Toronto. He was 85 years old.
