Guests including actors Martin Freeman, John Heffernan and Danny Dyer, who are currently appearing in Pinter Seven, and Pinter at the Pinter Artistic Director Jamie Lloyd, gathered at the Harold Pinter Theatre last week as Lady Antonia Fraser bestowed a painting of the celebrated playwright by artist Amy Shuckburgh to the theatre, where it will be on permanent display. Lady Fraser entrusted the portrait to the theatre to celebrate the historic season, which has featured over thirty different pieces by the playwright, including his short plays and works first written for radio, television, revue nights, as well as poetry and prose.

Two of the country's most exciting young stars, Zawe Ashton and Charlie Cox, will join Golden Globe, Olivier and Evening Standard Award winner Tom Hiddleston in The Jamie Lloyd Company production of Harold Pinter's Betrayal at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 5 March 2019 (press night 13 March) for a strictly limited season ending on 1 June, directed by Jamie Lloyd. The production forms the culmination of the historic Pinter at the Pinter season.

Forty years to the day of the first ever performance of Harold Pinter's Betrayal on 15 November 1978, The Jamie Lloyd Company announces that Golden Globe, Olivier and Evening Standard Award winner Tom Hiddleston will play Robert in Jamie Lloyd's new production at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 5 March 2019 (press night 13 March) for a strictly limited season ending on 1 June. City Theatre is excited to welcome the musical theater writing team of Michael Kooman and Christopher Dimond back to Pittsburgh for A Holiday Homecoming. The pair met while studying at Carnegie Mellon and the cabaret marks their City Theatre debut. Fresh off the success of their work on the Disney Channel's VAMPIRINA, the duo will host a two night only event on the theater's main stage showcasing music from their award winning works including Dani Girl and Romantics Anonymous with a few holiday favorites sprinkled in. Music directed by Nick Stamatakis, A Holiday Homecoming will run on the City Theatre Main Stage, November 30 and December 1. Tickets are on sale now. 

An exciting group of theatre stars have joined The Jamie Lloyd Company's Pinter at the Pinter season, which began its unprecedented celebration of Harold Pinter this month, featuring all the Nobel Prize winning playwright's short plays.

Vintage Theatre presents "The Kentucky Cycle" September 8* through October 21 at Vintage Theatre, 1468 Dayton St., Aurora 80010. In what promises to be an exciting event within the Pinter at the Pinter season, Lee Evans will appear in an eclectic mixed bill alongside stage and screen favourite Meera Syal. They join the previously announced Keith Allen and Tamsin Greig from 25th October to 8th December, for 23 performances only.

In response to popular demand, Soho Rep. (Sarah Benson, Artistic Director; Cynthia Flowers, Executive Director) extends the world premiere of Jackie Sibblies Drury's Fairview, directed by Sarah Benson, through July 22. In Fairview, the Frasier family (MaYaa Boateng, Charles Browning, Roslyn Ruff, and Heather Alicia Simms) is gearing up for Grandma's birthday, and Beverly needs this dinner to be perfect. But the silverware's wrong, the radio's on the fritz, her sister Jasmine is drinking, her husband Dayton isn't helping, her daughter Keisha is a typical teenager, and her brother Tyrone might not show up at all!

Soho Rep. (Sarah Benson, Artistic Director; Cynthia Flowers, Executive Director) today announced that actor Charles Browning will take over for Lance Coadie Williams in the world premiere of Jackie Sibblies Drury's Fairview, which Soho Rep. Artistic Director Sarah Benson directs, and which the downtown Manhattan theater presents in association with Berkeley Repertory Theatre. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, Williams is unable to continue.The production now runs at Soho Rep. June 2 - July 8, with opening now set for Sunday, June 17.

Thousands of people attended the Garden State Film Festival's much-anticipated homecoming in Asbury Park March 22-25, 2018. The spectacular four-day weekend event welcomed over 26,000 celebrities, honorees, film industry execs and movie fans to multiple iconic venues throughout Asbury Park. New York's beloved Dance Theatre of Harlem, under the artistic direction of Virginia Johnson, returns to NY City Center for its annual homecoming season tonight, April 4, the 50th Anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., with the annual Vision Gala, honoring dance legend Carmen de Lavallade and civil rights icon Xernona Clayton.

Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC) will host Druid, Ireland's most celebrated theatre company, and their critically acclaimed production of Waiting for Godot. Directed by Tony Award-winner Garry Hynes, Druid's production of Samuel Beckett's absurd, anarchic masterpiece will make its regional premiere at the Lansburgh Theatre (450 7th Street, NW) from April 17 through May 20, 2018 before it travels on to Chicago.

St. Ann's Warehouse presents the American Premiere of Schaub hne Berlin's Returning to Reims, an adaptation of French author Didier Eribon's memoir of the same name, directed by Berlin auteur Thomas Ostermeier, February 4-25. This production marks the first collaboration between St. Ann's and the Schaub hne, whose production of Richard III recently garnered acclaim in BAM's Next Wave Festival.
