A deadpan Tennessee fairy tale for grown-ups with a live guitar soundscape launches theater simple's 25th anniversary season in the West Coast premiere of TILT ANGEL by Dan Dietz, directed by Andrew Litzky with Selena Whitaker-Paquiet, Llysa Holland, Spike Huntington-Klein and Carter Rodriquez. Scroll down for a first look at the cast in action!

TILT ANGEL is an outsized and fantastic coming-of-age fairy tale concerning a ghost-mom, an outsized agoraphobic son, a volatile 3rd generation auto repair Dad and a heavenly messenger with unfinished business. This magically deadpan fairy tale where family secrets can pitch the world off-axis and a ghost transubstantiates into the garden.

Music composed and performed live by Michael James Adams. Designed by Doris Black (costumes), Tim Wratten (lights), Ryan Gelskey (set/props) and Dave Crowther (video).
