The 6th Street Playhouse in Santa Rosa, California pays tribute to Hollywood icon Mae West in its current production of "Dirty Blonde," featuring Liz Jahren, Jeff Cote and Paul Huberty and directed by Tara Blau. The wit, career and irresistible appeal of legendary Hollywood star Mae West is remembered and explored in this awarding winning comedy by Claudia Shear.

Two devoted Mae West fans swap stories and admiration of Mae West with comedy, history and musical flashbacks that honor the campy, sexy, groundbreaking icon who challenged film censors while titillating 1930s movie audiences with her memorable double entendres and erotic, independent female characters. The production continues through March 21. For more information go to www.6thstreetplayhouse.com
