As NW Children's Theatre & School introduces its 21st Season of Plays, NWCT promises to "never grow up!" Building on the most successful season in two decades, NWCT flies off the stage with epic adventures, bedtime stories told in new languages, a bebop-infused spin on a childhood classic, and a triumphant return to Neverland!

James and the Giant Peach
Based on the book by Roald Dahl

Take to the skies on the wings of a...peach? Anything is possible when young James Trotter discovers a magical escape from his dreary life with aunts Spiker and Sponge. Climb aboard with James and his crew of giant, friendly insects, as they sail an enchanted peach across the Atlantic in search of a new home.

Goodnight Moon

Script, music and lyrics by Chad Henry, based on the book by Margaret Wise Brown

The classic bedtime story is lovingly retold as the "Great Green Room" springs to life, from singing bears playing musical chairs, to a nervous cow jumping over the moon. Incorporating sensory storytelling and American Sign Language, this is a theatrical lullaby perfect for every child.

Little Red "Riding Hood"

All Little Red wants is to race cars, but when she's told girls can't take shop class, her dreams are dashed. Luckily for Red, Grandma has some tricks up her sleeve-if The Wolf doesn't find out first. Set to the tune of fifties bebop, Little Red "Riding Hood" is the story of the girl who steers her own path.
