Arizona-based writer and theatre critic Jay Horne announced today the release of his first book. In The Love of My Life. My Experiences and Adventures with Vivian. A True Love Story., Horne takes readers along on his incredible journey with his beloved wife, Vivian.

In the beginning of a chilly November in 1951, Jay Horne begrudgingly met a woman for a blind date. His world was full of work, baseball and living a bachelor's life...until he saw her beautiful green eyes. Her name was Vivian, and she would change his entire world, for the rest of eternity.

"In a world that often forsakes real love, I wanted to celebrate it," said newly published author Jay Horne. "Vivian will always be a guiding light for me, and for so many others. This book is a way to keep spreading that light. I hope, through our story, readers feel inspired to believe in timeless and true love again."

Growing up in New York, Jay Horne's love of writing began years ago during his time as a news writer while serving in the military. He and his wife Vivian became active in theatre communities throughout their lives, both on stage and behind the scenes, which eventually led to Horne reviewing professional and community theatre in Arizona.

The Love of My Life. My Experiences and Adventures with Vivian. A True Love Story. is available now in paperback and digital formats, exclusively through Amazon.com. For more information about Jay Horne, and to stay updated on book release news follow Jay at Facebook.com/jayhorneauthor.
