THE LAST SHIP -- the new musical with music and lyrics by 16-time Grammy Award-winner Sting and book by Tony Award-winner John Logan and Pulitzer Prize-winner Brian Yorkey -- will begin previews September 29 on Broadway, prior to opening night on October 26. The Last Ship is directed by Tony Award-winner Joe Mantello and choreographed by Olivier Award-winner and Tony Award-nominee Steven Hoggett. Rocky star Andy Karl and his wife Orfeh just released a new mash-up song called 'No Time for Pain (A Tribute to Rocky Broadway)' with a photographic flashback on the run of Rocky, which just closed on Broadway. This video features the Rocky instrumental theme, with vocal talents from Orfeh and Andy Karl.

ROCKY hit Broadway Thursday night, officially opening with stars Andy Karl and Margo Seibert at Broadway's historic Winter Garden Theatre. The show features an original score by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens and a book by Thomas Meehan and Sylvester Stallone, who was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for the 1976 Oscar-winning Best Picture, Rocky.The production is directed by Alex Timbers, with choreography by Steven Hoggett, and Kelly Devine.
