With the success and rave reviews from Mary Poppins Returns, receiving a Kennedy center honor for Hamilton and now preparing to reprise his role in Puerto Rico for the launch of the third national tour of Hamilton, it's safe to say that Miranda is on top of the world!

Scott Sanders Productions (lead producer) announced today that After Midnight (a new production of Cotton Club Parade, conceived by Jack Viertel, which played two smash-hit, sold-out engagements at City Center) will open on Broadway at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 W 47th Street) this fall. Director/choreographer Warren Carlyle and superstar fashion duo Isabel and Ruben Toledo will join nine-time Grammy Award and Pulitzer Prize winner Wynton Marsalis and The Jazz at Lincoln Center All-Stars to bring the lavish shows of the hip Harlem nightclub to a whole new generation of theatergoers. After Midnight will begin preview performances on Friday, October 18, 2013 with an official opening night set for Sunday, November 3, 2013. Group tickets are now available. Casting, musicians and general on sale date will be announced shortly.

Actress and singer Fantasia Barrino announced on The Today Show her plans to join Broadway's Cotton Club Parade this fall. The cast of PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT THE MUSICAL performed on the premiere results show of season 6 of NBC's hit summer talent competition series 'America's Got Talent' last night. Tony-nominee Will Swenson led the cast in a diva-tastic medley of some of Priscilla's most popular songs - 'Finally,' 'Shake Your Groove Thing,' and 'MacArthur Park' - featuring the show's trademark 2011 Tony-winning costumes designed by Oscar and Tony-winning designers Tim Chappel and Lizzy Gardiner.

Following hit productions in Australia, London and Toronto, PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT THE MUSICAL opened to critical acclaim on March 20 at the Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway). In the video below, the cast of Priscilla (led by John Brannoch) perform their homage to Glee in their own unique way.
