Olney Theatre Center took to Facebook live to announced its 2020-21 season yesterday!

Signature Theatre presents La Cage aux Folles, directed and choreographed by Signature Associate Artistic DirectorMatthew Gardiner (Signature's West Side Story, Sunday in the Park with George). With an iconic score by Jerry Herman (Hello, Dolly; Mame), featuring "I Am What I Am" and "The Best of Times," and a book by Harvey Fierstein (Kinky Boots, Newsies), this musical comedy runs through July 10 in Signature Theatre's intimate MAX Theatre. Featuring a book by John Dempsey and music by Dana P. Rowe (the creators of Brother Russia and The Witches of Eastwick), the show quickly became a favorite among Signature's artistic team during its U.S. premiere at the Theatre in 1998, cementing a longstanding relationship with Dempsey and Rowe. Running in the MAX Theatre now through September 20, the inside-politics musical satire is the first production of Signature Theatre's 2015/2016 season.
