Heaven on your mind already? In just under a month, NBC will present Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert, starring Oscar, Golden Globe, Tony and 10-time Grammy winner John Legend as Jesus Christ, with Broadway star and acclaimed recording artist Sara Bareilles as Mary Magdalene, rock icon Alice Cooper as King Herod, and 'Hamilton' alum and 'Power' co-star Brandon Victor Dixon as Judas.

Just last night, The Public Theater celebrated its Annual Gala, HAIR TO HAMILTON, 50 Years of Revolutionary Musicals, at the Delacorte Theater. Directed by Daniel Sullivan, with musical direction by Rob Fisher and Nadia DiGiallonardo, the 90-minute concert featured songs from The Public's most beloved and groundbreaking musicals performed by some of the most celebrated voices in theater. MCC Theater celebrated three decades as one of NYC's leading Off-Broadway theater companies at its annual Miscast gala last week, April 3 atHammerstein Ballroom in NYC. Tony nominee Brandon Victor Dixon, who currently takes on the role of Aaron Burr in the smash Broadway hit HAMILTON, stopped by MTV's The People's Playhouse around midnight last night to perform 'We Are.'

Chita Rivera's landmark concert CHITA: NOWADAYS will arrive at Carnegie Hall on Monday, November 7 (8PM), marking the the first time the Broadway legend will headline the iconic venue. The two-time Tony Award winner will also welcome previously-announced guests Alan Cumming, Andy Karl, Javier Muñoz and Brandon Victor Dixon, the new stars of Hamilton on Broadway; and New York City Gay Men's Chorus.

This week, 'Hamilton' actor, Daniel J. Watts, 'Shuffle Along' Tony- nominee, Brandon Victor Dixon, and 'Motown' actor, Warren Adams, partnered up to organize 'Broadway Circle Up- This Is How We Shoot Back' a video project that saw more than 100 members of the Broadway community meeting under the lights of the Minskoff Theatre to raise their voices in protest of the continuous cycle of prejudice and violence toward black citizens.
