Olivier Award nominee Patina Miller and the cast of the new Broadway musical SISTER ACT were featured on ABC's 'The View' this morning February 9, 2011. Miller, who is reprising her critically acclaimed performance as Deloris Van Cartier, which she originated in the West End production of SISTER ACT, led the company in a performance of 'Raise Your Voice.'

Whoopi Goldberg joined the cast of the hit musical comedy SISTER ACT on Tuesday, August 10 in the role of Mother Superior. She will perform in the show through Tuesday August 31st, playing an exclusive 23 show run. No stranger to stages around the world, the role however marks Whoopi's West End debut. Whoopi follows the hugely popular Sheila Hancock, who created the role and has played Mother Superior since the show opened in May last year. She is joined on stage by the critically acclaimed Patina Miller in the lead role of Deloris Van Cartier (Whoopi's role in the original movie), recording artist Simon Webbe as Curtis Shank and Dad's Army star Ian Lavender as Monsignor. Following a return sold out smash hit engagement in Melbourne, where MAMMA MIA! made its premiere in 2001, the 10th Anniversary Australian tour opened in Perth this week, where it will play a strictly limited eight weeks before transferring to Brisbane.

Mamma Mia! celebrated its 300th performance in Mexico at Centro Cultural Telmex 1. The production is performed entirely in Spanish.
