Williamstown Theatre Festival just hosted its annual WTF Gala at City Winery in New York City (155 Varick Street) last night, February 9. The evening featured appearances and performances by Tony and Emmy Award-winner Martin Short, two-time Tony Award-winner and Williamstown veteran Katie Finneran, the acclaimed PigPen Theatre Co., up-and-coming singer/songwriter Benjamin Scheuer (The Lion), New York favorite Rebecca Naomi Jones and more. The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company presents the first New York revival of John & Jen, the musical with music by Andrew Lippa, lyrics by Tom Greenwald, and a book by Greenwald and Lippa. Performances begin tonight, February 10th at The Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues). Opening Night is set for Thursday February 26th.

Matt Cavenaugh and Elena Shaddow will star in the concert 'A Broadway Romance,' with Symphoria Orchestra in Sryacuse NY - tonight, February 6, 2015 - 7:30 PM at the Crouse-Hinds Concert Theater. Sean O'Loughlin is conducting. The concert is a finely tuned gathering of songs from the Broadway repertoire, including 'Tonight', 'Somebody, Somewhere', 'I Am Loved', and, of course, 'Lullaby of Broadway' among many others.

Lincoln Center Theater welcomes Mamoudou Athie, Diane Lane, Gayle Rankin, and Tony Shalhoub in its production of THE MYSTERY OF LOVE AND SEX, a new play by Bathsheba Doran. The production, which is directed by Sam Gold, begins previews tonight, February 5 and open on Monday, March 2 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater (150 West 65 Street).

The Public Theater announced the line-up today for the 2015 FREE Shakespeare in the Park season, continuing a 53-year tradition of free theater in Central Park. Since 1962, over five million people have enjoyed more than 150 free productions of Shakespeare and other classical works and musicals at the Delacorte Theater. Conceived by founder Joe Papp as a way to make great theater accessible to all, The Public's free Shakespeare in the Park continues to be the bedrock of the Company's mission to increase access and engage the community. This summer, free Shakespeare in the Park will feature Shakespeare's late romances with THE TEMPEST (May 27-July 5), directed by Tony Award nominee Michael Greif, and CYMBELINE (July 27-August 23), directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan.
