Music Theatre Louisville (MTL) is rolling out the 2010 summer season at The Kentucky Center's Bomhard Theater! We are thrilled to offer quality, affordable, and fun with 3 award winning Broadway productions, 1776, Nunsense, and Annie!

In honor of Margaret Wise Brown's 100th Birthday, GPR Records (Glen Roven, Peter Fitzgerald, Richard Cohen, artistic directors) will release a live recording of the concert based on Brown's two best selling children's books Goodnight Moon and Runaway Bunny.

Northern Stage, the region's professional theater, will end its run of a brand new musical adaptation of the beloved Newbery Honor book Mr. Popper's Penguins, by Richard and Florence Atwater. The book was adapted for the stage by Jody Davidson, who also wrote the lyrics; the music is by Brett Schrier on May 23rd.

Sutton_Foster_Makes_Carlyle_Debut_20010101 Beginning Tuesday, June 15 and playing a two-week engagement (through Saturday, June 26), Sutton Foster, will make her Cafe Carlyle debut in a program entitled 'Sutton Foster at The Carlyle.'

The Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Artistic Director, Mark W. Jones-Executive Director) is proud to announce casting for its production of Peter Pan. Directed by Mark S. Hoebee with choreography by Patti Colombo, Peter Pan will run at the Millburn Theater from June 2 through June 27, 2010. The production will open for the press on June 6. Peter Pan is generously supported by a gift from Allen and Joan Bildner and supported in part by an award from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Atlanta's most eagerly anticipated stage production began performances at the Fox Theatre on Thursday, April 29 for a limited engagement of 3 weeks through Sunday, May 16. The opening night was Friday, April 30.

Lyric Theatre, Oklahoma's premiere professional theatre company, introduces its 2010 Lyric at the Civic Center Summer Season.
