The alternative country rock-pop duo The Swansons will perform July 20, during Comic-Con weekend, when the dynamic husband-and-wife duo will release their new music video for 'Move Forward' in San Diego at the House of Blues Voodoo Lounge. 'Move Forward' is The Swansons second single to debut off their latest released album 'Country This' released in May.

The Swansons, an Alternative Country Rock band founded by Joe and Angie Finley are releasing their third album entitled 'Country This' at a special release party on Saturday, May 5 at the Viper Room in Hollywood. They are teaming up with Wright Records, the development label with Sony Music Entertainment's: The Orchard. This husband and wife duo created the 14-song album which includes songs like 'Where Did Everybody Go' and 'Let's Talk'; which pays homage to their musical philosophy of uniting people while spreading love, peace and happiness.

Pink Martini, a McCallum favorite returns for eight great shows Friday, February 9, through Thursday, February 15. In 1994 in his hometown of Portland, Thomas Lauderdale was working in politics, with the intention of eventually running for office. Like other eager politicians-in-training, he went to every political fundraiser under the sun, but was dismayed to find the music at these events underwhelming, lackluster, loud and un-neighborly. Drawing inspiration from music from all over the world, crossing genres of classical, jazz and old-fashioned pop, and hoping to appeal to conservatives and liberals alike, he founded the "little orchestra" Pink Martini in 1994 to provide beautiful and inclusive musical for political fundraisers for progressive causes such as civil rights, the environment and affordable housing.

Legendary music producer and FAME Studios founder Rick Hall has died at the age of 85. Hall died this morning at his home in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, not far from his world famous recording studio.

The Vegas Strong Benefit Concert today announced that more than $700,000 was raised by the Dec. 1 all-star concert at T-Mobile Arena. Held in honor of the victims of the October 1 tragedy, the special event to benefit the Las Vegas Victims fund featured more than a dozen A-list entertainers and homegrown talent, drawing a capacity crowd of 12,000 guests.
