The Super 70's Soul Jam returns to the Fox Theatre tonight, Sunday, May 13 for a special Mother's Day concert at 7 p.m. Bringing together a classic lineup of R&B, soul and romantic hit-makers, the evening will include performances by The Whispers, The Stylistics, The Emotions, The Chi-Lites, Harold Melvin's Blue Notes and The Delfonics.

Bay Street Theatre is celebrating its 21st season and has announced the 2012 Mainstage productions.

As part of a careful, multi-year plan to balance and stabilize company finances as rapidly and prudently as possible, the Dallas Opera is today announcing the cancellation of one of the scheduled productions in our upcoming "Tragic Obsessions" Season: Katya Kabanova.

The Dallas Opera doesn't want you "sweating-out" our exciting events for the month of July.

Program III also features these audience favorites: George Balanchine's enthralling Scotch Symphony and Twyla Tharp's popular Nine Sinatra Songs. The Opus One Orchestra will play, under the baton of maestro Gary Sheldon, 42 to 56 musicians strong, supported by a grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, as part of its Knight Arts Challenge.

Miami City Ballet's internationally and critically acclaimed company of 50 dancers will be joined by Miami City Ballet School students to present the second Ballet for Young People program at the Adrienne Arsht Center Ziff Ballet Opera House on Saturday, February 12, 2011, 2pm-3pm. The school students open the program with Harlequin and Columbine, based on George Balanchine's Harlequinade, followed by the company dancers in Balanchine's Scotch Symphony.
