After world premiere performances of Didy Veldman's The Knot in Ipswich and Guildford in February, and Meghan marrying Harry in May, wedding fever continues this autumn with an 11-venue tour of Veldman's dance theatre take on matrimony. In The Knot, by Dutch-born choreographer and director Veldman, a cast of seven exceptional dancers play the roles of the bride, groom, best man and bridesmaids, and audience members become the wedding guests as the evening and celebrations unfold.

Marta Dusseldorp (Janet King), Deidre Rubenstein (Ladies in Black), Greg Stone (The Weir) and Zoe Terakes (Janet King) star in the Australian premiere of Tony Award-nominated drama A Doll's House, Part 2, directed by 2018 Helpmann Award nominee and MTC Associate Director Sarah Goodes.

Lust, Greed, Wrath and the other Seven Deadly Sins are as prominent as Mephistophilis himself in Archway Theatre's adaptation of Christopher Marlowe's 'Faustus' to be performed as a site-specific immersive production inside the Woodbury University Library June 29 through July 14. Performances are 8 p.m. Fridays and Todays. Tickets are $30.

Chance Theater, Anaheim's official resident theater company, is excited to announce the fourth show in its 20th Anniversary Season ... Big Fish. Written by John August with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa, directed by Oanh Nguyen, choreographed by Kelly Todd, and musically directed by Robyn Manion, Big Fish will preview from June 29 through July 6; regular performances will begin July 7 and continue through July 29 at Chance Theater @ Bette Aitken theater arts Center on the Cripe Stage.

Sundance Institute and Skywalker Sound today announced the composers and directors selected for the Sundance Institute Film Music and Sound Design Lab, which returns to the legendary Skywalker Sound Facilities for the sixth year. More than half of the composers selected for this year's Lab are female. 

The Los Angeles Philharmonic Association has announced the four conductors who will participate in the 2018/19 Dudamel Fellowship Program: Nuno Coelho, Stephen Mulligan, Elena Schwarz, and Jesus Uzcategui. Music & Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel, together with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, created the Dudamel Fellowship Program in 2009 to provide a unique opportunity for promising young conductors from around the world to develop their craft and enrich their musical experience through personal mentorship and participation in the LA Phil's orchestral, education, and community programs.

MuhleBig business means big laughs in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," Muhlenberg Summer Music Theatre's delightful sendup of corporate life playing in Muhlenberg's Baker Theatre, July 11-29.

The Los Angeles Master Chorale today announced that it will receive a $1 million gift from philanthropists Kiki and David Gindler. The pledge was announced at the annual meeting of the Master Chorale's Board of Directors held today at The Music Center where the choir is a founding resident company. The meeting was Mr. Gindler's last in his role as Chair of the Board, a position he has held for two three-year terms, the maximum term allowed.

The Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma will be presenting Disney's FREAKY FRIDAY, running June 26 to July 1. The show is adapted from the classic Disney movie of the same name, which starred Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis. 

The West Wing's Melissa Fitzgerald, Broadway actor Heath Saunders, Emery Battis Award-winner Victoria Frings and Ken Clark, currently playing King Arthur in Camelot at STC, recently joined Members of Congress and notable Washingtonians onto the stage at Sidney Harman Hall to perform in Will on the Hill. Now in its sixteenth year, the much-loved bipartisan event took place on June 11 and raised $500,000 for the theatre's education and community outreach programs.

Global K-pop phenomenon BTS were the big winners at the '2018 Radio Disney Music Awards' (RDMA), music's biggest event for families, sweeping every category in which they were nominated. Additional winners included Shawn Mendes, Kelsea Ballerini, Camila Cabello and Bebe Rexha.

Twenty-five years ago, when digital entertainment was nascent, George Lucas and University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts Dean Elizabeth Daley envisioned the Entertainment Technology Center @ USC (ETC@USC or ETC) to bridge the divide between technologists and filmmakers. Today, ETC@USC (etcenter.org) is celebrating a quarter century as Hollywood's premiere think tank and research center dedicated to emerging technology's impact on professional content. Krista Knowles  Powerhouse musical theatre performer, Tay Anderson, will take the cabaret stage at The Winter Park Playhouse to premiere her latest solo cabaret, I Was Here, in the theatre's Spotlight Cabaret Series July 18 and 19. Playhouse Musical Director, Christopher Leavy, will accompany on piano.

The 2018 Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMA), music's biggest event for families, will take place on FRIDAY, JUNE 22, at the Dolby Theatre(R) at Hollywood & Highland Center(R) in Hollywood, California. A special telecast of the sixth annual show, '2018 Radio Disney Music Awards,' will be presented on SATURDAY, JUNE 23 on Disney Channel, as well as multiple Disney-branded platforms including Radio Disney, the Radio Disney app, the DisneyNOW app and Disney.com/RDMA. The telecast will also air internationally, including in Canada, Spain, India and select countries in Latin America.
