Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane, celebrates 30 years of producing critically-acclaimed musicals and plays with its stellar 2014-2015 season. The internationally celebrated musical LES MISERABLES previews March 29, opens April 8, and runs through June 8; the smash hit Tony Award-winning musical comedy THE 25th ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE previews June 19, opens June 26, and runs through August 17; the clever and suspenseful new play THE GAME'S AFOOT previews August 28, opens September 4 and runs through October 19; the legendary Broadway musical CAMELOT previews October 30, opens November 6 and runs through January 4, 2015; and the musical phenomenon WEST SIDE STORY previews January 15, opens January 22, and runs through March 15, 2015.

Franklin Performing Arts Company to Present LES MISERABLES, 10/18-20

Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) opens its 23rd season with the Broadway and worldwide phenomenon, Les Miserables. FPAC's production will be staged at the New England Chapel, 40 Kenwood Circle in Franklin, with performances on Friday and Saturday, October 18 and 19, at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday, October 20, at 3:00 p.m.

Ramin Karimloo is no stranger to the stage, he's had an impressive career making a name for himself in productions such as The Phantom of the Opera, Love Never Dies and Les Miserables on the West End. That said, Karimloo has yet to perform in a production on a Toronto stage, despite spending most of his childhood growing up in Richmond Hill and attending Toronto theatre. Now Mirvish Productions has brought him home to Toronto, where he will perform the lead role of Jean Valjean in the Canadian Premiere of the 25th Anniversary Production of Les Miserables. BWW spoke with Ramin about his Les Miserables experience, returning to Toronto, working with fellow West End star Earl Carpenter and more.
