The Harmon & Harriet Kelley Collection of African American Art: Works on Paper, an exhibition that celebrates 54 African American artists and their tremendous contributions to U.S. art and culture, continues at Bedford Gallery through December 18.

From breathtaking contemporary dance to internationally acclaimed musicians, a rollicking celebration of Patsy Cline to a hit musical by Lin-Manuel Miranda, theLesher Center for the Arts will present a remarkable year of arts and cultural offerings for Bay Area arts lovers.

Conceptualized and executive produced by Andy Lynn, this FREE one-day-only streaming event, with its heart in Chicago, stretches from coast to coast featuring artists, educators, streamers and mental health professionals from across the United States. Chicago locals include Echaka Agba, Breon Arzell, Micah Beauvais, Tyler Brown, Darby Fitzsimons, Tyler Gabrielle, Tina El Gamal, Tommy Malouf, Taylor Raye, Shane Richlan, Amaya Thompson, Shalyn Welch, Wanese Zarour, Martin Yousif Zebari and others. Additional performers include Annelyse Ahmad, Mark Jacob Chaitin, Jeremy Guyton, Kevin O'Connell and Sheldon White.

Join Meg, her brother Charles Wallace, their pal Calvin, and a host of extraterrestrial friends and foes as they journey into the heart of a terrible evil in the hope of reuniting a fragmented family. A heartwarming adventure across the stars, in a newly-revised adaptation of the beloved 1963 favorite by Madeleine L'Engle, not seen on the Lifeline stage since 1999. The production runs two hours with one intermission. The novel is on sale in the lobby.
